1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CraftVoy website (craftvoy.com) or enrolling in any CraftVoy programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, students, corporate clients, and others who access or use CraftVoy services.

2. Description of Services

CraftVoy provides live, instructor-led technology education programmes including AI Engineering, Java Full Stack Development, Cloud Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture. Programmes are delivered online via video conferencing platforms. CraftVoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any programme with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

3. Enrolment and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol independently. Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
• Enrolment is subject to availability of seats in the chosen cohort.
• CraftVoy reserves the right to decline enrolment at its discretion.
• Providing false or misleading information during enrolment may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Fees and Payment

• Programme fees are stated on the relevant programme page and are subject to change without prior notice for future cohorts.
• Fees must be paid in full (or per the agreed instalment schedule) before attending the first session.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• GST or other applicable taxes will be charged in addition to the stated fee where required by law.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests made more than 7 days before the cohort start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of ₹2,000.
• Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the cohort start date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future cohort (one transfer permitted).
• No refund is available after the first session has been attended.
• CraftVoy reserves the right to cancel a cohort due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, recordings, slides, code samples, and resources provided by CraftVoy are the exclusive intellectual property of CraftVoy or its instructors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to use these materials solely for your own learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any CraftVoy materials without prior written permission.

7. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to treat instructors and fellow students with respect at all times.
• Recording sessions without explicit written permission from CraftVoy is prohibited.
• Sharing login credentials or granting access to non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited.
• Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or any form of cheating will result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.
• CraftVoy reserves the right to remove any student for conduct that disrupts the learning environment.

8. Certificates

Certificates of completion are awarded to students who attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions and complete all required capstone project deliverables. CraftVoy certificates are issued in its own name and do not represent a government-accredited qualification unless otherwise stated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CraftVoy provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary increases, or career results. Completion of a CraftVoy programme does not guarantee job placement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CraftVoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter relating to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant programme.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

CraftVoy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
